Production

Aviation gasoline B-91/115 and Avgas 100LL is manufactured at our plant located in Gromovo settlement. The production is a smoothly running and strictly regulated process. The modern production area, which occupies 20 hectares, includes a hydrocarbons distilling factory, compounding unit, storage park 10,000 m3, storage of petroleum products for the calibrated production, laboratory with our own fuels examination facility system, loading and discharge rack with 12 places for railway gasoline tank cars.

The testing laboratory is equipped with all the necessary equipment to determine the physicochemical parameters
of production components and finished products, i.e. B-91/115 and Avgas 100LL aviation gasoline. The testing laboratory is located right in the Gromovo plant's territory allowing us to secure the quick response end-to-end quality control
of incoming raw materials and products.







B-91/115 and Avgas 100LL aviation fuel is manufactured at the facilities of the company in Gromovo settlement
in a seamless and strictly regulated process. The production site of 20 hectares hosts petrochemical products processing, a compounding unit, a storage facility, and warehouse site for calibrated fuel.

The experimental laboratory is equipped with all the necessary equipment for defining physical and chemical parameters of the production components and ready-made products: aviation fuel of B-91/115 and Avgas 100LL brands. The laboratory is located directly at the Gromovo plant's territory allowing us to effect operational control over the quality of received raw materials and products at all the production stages.

The production process can be divided into the following stages:
1st stage: Raw materials and components
This stage includes the purchase of raw materials from leading suppliers of the industry and the incoming inspection of components. It is noteworthy that samples, determining the quality of the components, are obtained both from delivered tanks and reservoirs at the factory.

The end-to-end quality control eliminates any deviations from the target physicochemical parameters of the components involved in the production process. This is the mainstay of our work.
2nd stage: Own production of components
Using our equipment, we can not only compound the purchased components, but also produce them at the internal production facilities. We are able to produce such aviation fuel components as SHF and AFC.

Physicochemical parameters, required for the further use of components in the production process, are subject to the hourly control. In addition, a complete laboratory inspection of components to be compounded is carried out every 12 hours.
3rd stage: Compounding of additives and components
The compounding is the final production process. Prior to it, the laboratory staff takes samples to carry out the final control of the physicochemical parameters of each component to be used.
The complete laboratory inspection of the parameters includes the laboratory tests, records and signatures of documents by chief of the QC department.

The staff proceeds to the compounding as soon as the laboratory confirms the compliance of components with regulations and technical guidelines. The proportions and technology of the components' mixture are treated as the commercial classified information.

The finished products settle for 48 hours. After that, the fuel batch sample is subjected to the laboratory inspection. A repeated sample is taken, sealed and sent to an independent accredited laboratory.



When the laboratory confirms compliance of the components with the regulations and specifications, the employees proceed to compounding. The components are mixed applying secret proportions and methods.

Ready-made products settle for 48 hours. After that, the laboratory controls a fuel batch sample. A repeated sample
is taken, sealed and sent to an independent accredited laboratory.
